Great store and very helpful employees. If they don’t have my specific shoe or size in house, they have always ordered them for me from a different store and I can grab them a week or so later. I like the free group runs and the best priced beer in town for those post run celebrations!

Called near closing on last Friday(9/26/25) and the extremely helpful and cheerful employees were willing to assist at the very tail end of their day to pickup some Altra trailrunners, which absolutely made my day and our weekend trip to the mountains more comfortable. Thankful for their service and wonderful vibes, I'd recommend those employees to anyone and hope they get a raise asap! 😁

I recently had some health problems and couldn’t work for 6 months. Before going back to work, I came here to get some good shoes. Kate was great and did an evaluation of my stride and came back with recommendations for shoes. I walk a lot when I do work and was very worried about my feet hurting. After wearing the shoes for a few days, my feet felt pretty good. Service was great, they were very knowledgeable, and had a great selection of shoes

Ron was such a great help and very knowledgable! I did the foot analysis and he was able to pick a few shoes that would work with my feet! I just finished a half marathon in them and have very minimal blisters for once!

I came into the store with a coupon from a Why Racing Event. Ron was very knowledgeable and I was able to try on several pairs on shoes and run on their treadmill before picking my favorite. I was even able to order a second pair of shoes in to the store when the color I wanted was not in stock! Highly recommend Foot Traffic! I will be back for my next pair of running shoes

Good store to visit if you need new shoes or have any sort of pronation issues. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have fairly severe overpronation and have had issues with finding good shoes in the past, staff member Kate was happy to do a gait analysis for me on the convenient in-store treadmill and pull some good options for me. She was very patient as I tried on multiple pairs and offered feedback on what was too stiff, too bouncy etc., explaining some terms I wasn't familiar with and pulling more pairs as needed. I ended up with two pairs including a pair on sale! Also picked up some gels, it's a nice one stop shop for anyone getting into the running space.

First time ever doing a pace test and in search of new running shoes for the first time in a couple years, and I am so glad I came to this store. Tess spent over an hour helping me find the shoes that made me want to run - and funnily enough, the shoes I went with were the second pair she recommended, she was just that thorough in making sure that I explored all my options. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly, and I will certainly be a returning customer.

Foot Traffic is one of the best places to have an awesome foot fitting experience. I decided to start training for a half marathon and noticed I had incredible pain on the outside of my feet. I bought running shoes from Dick’s, felt good in store, thought I had the right one. Turns out the shoes I purchased were not right for me. When I got to Foot Traffic, I told them my story and the associate quickly went to work. He answered all my questions. I went through the fitting process and all the issues I had started to make sense. With the info he gathered he was able to bring out a bunch of pairs to figure out which one would fit me best. I was able to pick one that I was able to try in store so I didn’t have the same issue as I did with Dicks (this isn’t a knock on Dicks, just rather what you get with this process). The best part was this fitting was free. I thought this was going to be an extra charge to get fit which I would have paid anyway but I was in shock that this is how they do it. If you’re looking to get a new pair of shoes, walking/running this is the place to do it. I will continue to get my running supplies through Foot Traffic.
